Okay, bad, since USAID helps people in need

But did Donald & Elon do something right but for the wrong reasons? It seems that USAID is really a front for the CIA and has been kicked out of multiple countries for this. This is consistent with helping people and being ‘Woke’, as a cover, but perhaps these two should be disentangled, if that’s what’s really going on.
