1) clothes hung on poles with distinctive plastic clothespins, 2) Buddhist temple (tile roof) in background, 3) suicide revered (of cat in this case), 4) architectural style, 5) curtains...(?) just a feeling....
if the TV tower in the background were painted orange and white it would be a dead lock -- that's the one thing that makes me wonder....
