Unabashed stupidity
All is tolerated
Ignored, if not praised
In this demilitarized zone
Non-uniformity the only uniform
This truce, this treaty
Precarious peace
Where we must all come together
Beyond the horizon of culture
To buy our food
And indulge in unbridled self-congratulatory consumerism
