Americans are supposed to be the people of freedom and democracy, which also means the people Of rights, responsibilities, and laws, but this video shows once again that we have turned into a bunch of children who look to mommy or to the Kindergarten teacher to take our side, regardless of the (legal) facts. This video makes me angry and disgusted. Grey t-shirt guy should be charged with a number of crimes and then a jury of his peers and a judge should decide in a public trial of the facts and evidence whether we as a society accept his behavior or not. These crimes include: 1. Unlawful surveillance 2. Unlawful publication of illegally obtained surveillance footage 3. Assault & battery (aggravated assault) 4. Assault and two counts of assault on a minor 5. Three counts of sexual assault including two counts of SA on a minor victim 6. False accusation, making of a false and/or spurious report to police 7. Harassment 8. “Peeping-Tom-ism” 9. Violation of privacy (I’m not sure if this is an actual violation of statute) 10. Possible other violations The Video he made and others are material evidence and the woman at the door and no doubt others are witnesses. The local prosecutor should make these charges and obtain an arrest warrant for grey shirt man and deliver it to the police ️ and he should be placed in jail until a judge decides whether to bond him out. Which jurisdiction did this happen in? Somebody should write to the DA to get this rolling. Hopefully the DA and police are already on it, but this is not acceptable and letters and petitions should be written if not.
